Clay Pigeon Round 4

Decent weekend but very unlucky with the final with the setup.

Qualifying - Not a bad result. I qualified P5.

Heat - Went decent I got up to P3 but struggled with straight line speed a little. I ended up having to defend position as I wasn't able to break away but defended well and held position finishing P3.

Pre Final - I had no chance at catching the top 2 I was slowly breaking away but a lack of grip into the chicane which I didn't expect sent me very wide and I lost a place but held 4th. It stayed like that until the very end where I got hit massively in the rear into the 1st hairpin I ended up on the grass and having to cut it due to having no other choice I lost 2 places because of this making me finish P6.

Final - Somehow managed to get enough points to start P3 for the final but when we went I got slowed down from someone in-front making me lose a potential 2 places. From their I had no grip whatsoever and had no pace. I tried holding position but couldn't. I finished 7th but then at the end of the race got told I got a penalty for a small tap which was unlucky which put me to 9th.

Unlucky with setup which I could've got more grip with but I should've known before the race. Could've easily been a top 2 or 3 finish in the final.
